Britney Spears turns 30, goes ice skating to celebrate
Britney Spears who is celebrating her 30th birthday today, December 2, spent the day ice skating with her boyfriend, Jason Trawick, during a day off from her South American tour.
According to Us Weekly Jason and Britney were all smiles as they skated around, holding on to one another in order to keep balance.
The “Criminal” singer, who received birthday wishes via Twitter from such stars as Nicole Richie, Demi Lovato, Nicki Minaj, Katy Perry, Christina Aguilera, Kim Kardashian, and Pauly D, to name a few, previously expressed how excited she was about turning 30.
"I think the older you get, the wiser you get. I can't wait," she told Glamour magazine’s September issue. "I'm really excited and I am definitely going to celebrate and do something spectacular." She predicted, though, that her celebration would be “low-key.”
For Spears, turning 30 could mean more than just entering a new age group, it could also mean wedding bells if the rumors are true.
According to People, Jason Trawick could soon be popping the question.
According to sources, the couple has been talking about marriage “for a long time,” and the 39-year-old agent has already picked out a ring.
"It would be surprising if they are not engaged by the end of the year,” said the source.
